<p>Smoking is a bad habits. Although I am a smoker too, but I will not deny if there is a protest or a sudden bragging that smoking is very harmful and your bother me. Unfortunately, because smoking has become a culture, as if to make smoking illegal everywhere, including in public areas. For this one I do not agree.</p>
<p><em>Could the culture of smoking in public areas can be eliminated?<span id="more-24"></span></em></p>
<p>smoking habits causes a nicotine addiction that makes the smoker becomes nervous or feels do not complete if you did not do it. But if smokers smoke in the waiting room, in a train, public transportation, mall, bus stop or restaurant (not in the smoking area is provided) This course is a nuisance to other people around who do not smoke. It is also likely to make Jakarta Government published legislation to ban smoking in places that have been determined.</p>
<p>Although I am a smoker, but I always feel annoyed when I was in public transportation and other passengers who smoke (except for smokers who sit on the bench). I think it was interference, even for me who are used to smell the cigarette smoke.. Most economies trains in the long-distance (Jakarta-Surabaya). When the train stopped due to be preceded or ran into another train, the passengers began to smoke one by one, and in the train, mothers and the children are certainly affected by the smoke of their cigarettes. Not to mention the cigarette ashes and cigarette butts into ornaments that are not good for the eyes.</p>
<p>if we are not able to eliminate the habits of smoking. Smoke in smoking areas only. So the culture of smoking in public areas that has taken hold veins can be reduced even can be eliminated.</p>
<p>This is not the tips to quit smoking. Because until now I can not stop my habit of smoking. This paper simply facts about what happens if we stop smoking based on the research I have gathered from various scientific articles and a variety of sources.<br />

<li>Ammonia &#8211; chemicals found in cleaning fluids. Used in cigarettes to increase nicotine delivery.</li>
<li>Hydrogen cyanide &#8211; poisonous gas used for industrial plastics, dyes, and pesticides. Often used for rat exterminator.</li>
<li>Cadmium &#8211; a highly toxic metal as a battery maker.</li>
<li>Acetone &#8211; a solvent that is in the nail color remover.</li>
<li>Arsenic &#8211; a substance used to kill rats.</li>

<p>Three major components in cigarette smoke are:<span id="more-12"></span></p>
<p><span>1. Nicotine<br />
Nicotine is absorbed into the blood and affects the brain in 10 seconds. If you smoke regularly, when levels of nicotine in the blood less, you usually have symptoms addiction, anxiety, fatigue, headache, irritability, hunger, difficulty concentrating, or feeling afraid. These symptoms will disappear with the next cigarette. So, most smokers need to smoke regularly to feel &#8216;normal&#8217; and prevent the emergence of symptoms of addiction. </span></p>
<p><span>2. Carbon monoxide<br />
Carbon monoxide is a poisonous gas in car exhaust, which reduces the amount of oxygen in the blood. Oxygen is essential to body organs to function efficiently. Lack of oxygen caused permanent changes in the blood, making blood more dense so that the heart must work harder to pump blood around the body. </span></p>

Tar contains many substances that have been proved cause of cancer. Materials irritation in tar damage the lungs, shrink the channel (bronkiolis), and destroy small hair (cilia) that protect the lungs from dirt and infection. </span></p>
